Formerly the Executive Story Editor at ICM, I recently followed legendary talent agent Ed Limato (after his highly publicized ICM exit) to the William Morris Agency, where I continue to look for potential projects for a small roster of "A" list clients including Mel Gibson, Denzel Washington and Steve Martin. I'm also a creative consultant for COLLATERAL producer Julie Richardson and have set up several projects, including A RHINESTONE ALIBI (Paramount) and THE MIDNIGHT MAN (Dimension). I teach a screenwriting class at L.A. Valley College, lecture around the country and have published several articles. My free writing workshop, THE INSIDE PITCH, aired locally on TV station LA36 in the summer of 2004 and earned an L.A. Area Emmy nomination. The subsequent DVD release won the 2005 Aegis Award. I dish out advice and feedback to writers at the free screenwriting website www.twoadverbs.com. I graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts with an MFA in dramatic writing. I'm a member of the "Organization of Black Screenwriters" and "The Academy of Television Arts".
